“ I had been waiting to try Kinara for a while and it being tucked away in the heart of the tenderloin did not help but when I finally got a chance it did not disappoint! Service was fast and efficient and everything we ordered was exceptional. Their menu is a good mix of fusion options and authentic Pakistani cuisine so there's options for everyone. My favorite were the fire fries which come in a hefty portion and are great to share. Really enjoyed the karahi chicken and tikka dum biryani as well. Pani puri shots were just okay and a bit overrated imo. ”
“ Thank you for great hospitality. The chicken 69 bites was I asked her for blue lemonade she bring me the blue syrup thanks for everything! ”
“ We were originally planning to go to Mensho nearby, but the line was ridiculously long. On our walk there, we spotted Kinara Fusion Kitchen and decided to give it a try--and oh boy, was that a great decision! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my friend and me. I love spicy food, but my friend doesn't, and they were able to customize the curry to be mild for my friend while making a fresh, spicy chili concoction on the side for me. It was the perfect balance and really showed how much they care about their customers' preferences. The seating arrangement and decor inside are lovely, creating a cozy yet vibrant ambiance. I could definitely imagine bringing a big group here to enjoy more of their menu. The service was excellent, and the food was just as impressive. The mix grill was served on a sizzling hot plate and was delicious, but the real star for me was the paneer tikka masala. It was so creamy and satisfying! The only downside was that the rice isn't included and has to be ordered separately, but that's a small detail considering how great everything else was. I'll definitely be returning to try more of their entrees and biryani. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area! ”
“ One of the best fusion desi places in the city! Love everything on the menu (yes, I've been here enough times to try everything!) The bbq ribs with fries are absolutely delicious (10/10), their mixed grill is a great option to try all their grilled meat, tandoori chicken is 10/10, fire fries is so flavorful and good! The chicken tikka, karai chicken, & tikka dum biryani is pretty decent (7/10). The Nihari is 10/10 so good! The pizzas: curry 4 mvp, flapping bird, & all meat incl are great choices! Finishing it all with the Kanafeh Rasmalai and the falooda both 10/10, amazing! Love this place every time! It never disappoints ”
“ Nothing but high praise for Kinara! All the dishes we ordered were so delicious, but if I had to choose a few I would say the Mix Grill, Curry for MVP Pizza and Hot Fries are a must! I loved the authentic Indian flavors matched with great American classics. The space is very large, so it's perfect for bigger parties! And the staff is incredibly attentive and nice. You need to check this place out if you're looking for a spin on classic Indian dishes. ”
“ Love the decor, nice staff, good food. I came with a couple teens before a play and it was surprisingly quiet for a 6p Friday night. I want to come back and try more adventurous dishes they didn't want to get. But we had a pizza, pani puri, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, kashmiri chai and mango lassi. The pani puri shots were a novelty for the kids and fun to watch their faces when instructed to put the whole thing in their mouth! Always a fun explosion of sweet, sour, salty, savory. Chicken Tikka met our standards and the cheese pizza was just ok. The menu is great that it accommodates a picky eater and the adventurer - you're only limited by your wallet and stomach since there are burgers, fries and pizza along with new flavor combos. We all enjoyed the sprinkle of toasted pistachios in the lassi and the Pink Kashmiri Chai - loved the chai even though it's pre-sweetened. An enjoyable time! ”
“ This spot had been on my list for a while and finally made it out. This pakistani/indian fusion restaurant did not disappoint! Their gobi manchurian was 5/5. A bit too spicy for me so make sure to ask them for specific spice levels. The hot cheeto paneer fries were also surprisingly delicious (warning these are heavy enough to fill you up on its own) but nonetheless delicious! We got both the cheese and garlic naan, the cheese naan could be a cheese pizza on its own. But once you dip it into the paneer tikka masala, there's a party of flavors in your mouth. Everything was so good. Service was great & ambiance is very creative with Bollywood movie quotes on the walls. Will definitely be back! ”
“ You really do end up finding restaurant gems near the SF Tenderloin, and Kinara Fusion is one such fantastic place to spend your evening. Owned by people who care about the cuisine, this Indian-Pizza fusion restaurant is known for their chicken dishes and Naan with amazing texture. The Chicken 69 dish and any of their Naan are to die for, especially with how tender and soft everything comes out. For non-spicy eaters, do note that the Chicken 69 bites pack some heat! I would say their Mixed Grill can be a bit better, but their overall preparation of Chicken just dwarves their other meats with its quality. The place also has really nice interior and attentive service. I'll definitely return to try other dishes, especially their pizzas! ”
“ Super cool Indian restaurant with Bollywood twist in the ambience. The best dish on our table was the Paneer Pataka pizza which was very well baked and flavorful. The pani puri shots were bursting with flavors. The paneer tikka masala was a bit too runny and they had no bowls so eating it was a task. And, the showstopper vegetable dumplings biryani was excellent. Make sure you have reservation before hand. The service was good given how busy the restaurant was. ”
